HOM Re’s specific focus in the Real Estate market is for UK Prime Real Estate such as the Prime Properties of Mayfair and the immediate surrounding areas. This area has historically been considered the premier location for international property investors when purchasing a property in the United Kingdom.

This desire for Central London living has caused demand to considerably outweigh supply, however, there are opportunities when assets that are distressed or in the process of entering a distressed state are also assessed, especially those which intrinsically allow for maximum returns for example where a motivated seller needs to dispose of a Prime Property urgently; this is just one of many avenues in which HOM Re Limited will aim to capture.

HOM Re through its innovative and dynamic allocation investment & management strategy, invests or loans mainly in real-estate development project and companies that are undervalued, especially those which represent good prospects for earnings growth.
